Those who went on this week’s van outing did!
Yesterday afternoon (Wednesday 18th), 10 of us plus Jill the driver boarded the church van. Our destination was Lyttelton and then on to Sumner. Arriving in Lyttelton we walked along the main street and viewed the quaint little shops with a rather large cruise ship in the background. Sumner greeted us with a calm and beautiful scene of the sea; however the main attraction was the ice creams. Of course, the big decision was “What Flavour ?” The weather was fabulous and the company and the driving was the best.
