Christ’s College elite choir Schola Cantorum helped lead our worship at our 9.30am Sung Eucharist service.
Founded by Robert Aburn (St Barnabas’ new choir director and organist) and now directed by Peter de Blois ONZM, Schola Cantorum is an award-winning choir from Christ’s College. They masterfully and beautifully led our sung worship at our 9.30am Sung Eucharist service on 30 August. We were also delighted to welcome from Christ’s College Headmaster Joe Eccleton and Chaplain Reverend Canon Cameron Pickering, along with several parents and friends of the choir. We look forward to welcoming them back to St Barnabas for a return visit in the future.
We were also delighted to have Canterbury University Chaplain Rev’d Dr John Fox join us as preacher for the same service.
For those who missed it, or who would like to watch it again, the full service is available online.
