All parishioners of the Parish of Fendalton are invited to a Special General Meeting to be held on Thursday 6 June at 7pm in St Barnabas Anglican Church.

The purpose of this SGM is to discuss and decide on ongoing natural disaster insurance cover for parish buildings, specifically: (a) To consider and decide whether Natural Disaster Insurance cover is required for Fendall Hall; (b) To consider and decide whether Natural Disaster Insurance cover is required for St Barnabas Church. Any resolution would be binding. More information, including a report and spreadsheet detailing the last 3 years of insurance costs prepared by the Church Property Trustees, is attached to this week’s Connect. 

If you want to submit a written paper for prior circulation and consideration at the SGM, please send to me by email (andrew@stbarnabas.org.nz) no later than Wednesday 29 May for distribution via Connect on Friday 31 May.
