The Home Communion team enjoyed a lovely afternoon High Tea in the Tui Room on a very wet and rainy afternoon.
We really appreciate those who take Home Communion to some of our parishioners. It is a very important and a ‘behind-the-scenes’ ministry at St Barnabas. Each month we visit a person or persons on our list, visiting and sharing Home Communion with them. This is a great link to St Barnabas for those who are unable to get to church any longer. Sometimes it can even be a one off visit, because someone hasn’t been able to attend Church due to a temporary health issue.
