| The Parish has been involved in Wafer baking for almost 10 years. We took over the production
of Wafers from the Comunity of the Scared Name in Christchurch, using their baking machines and equipment which
was nearly 60 years old. |
| After much deliberation, it was decided that if we wished to continue offering this ministry
to the wider Church, we needed to purchase new equipment. |

| This new equipment is of excellent quality and bakes superb wafers. Such machines are not
made in Australasia so we had to import them from Germany. The new Wafers are 2mm thick and both People's Wafers and Priest's Wafers will come as Plain Wafers. The
pricing and amounts per box we supply are on the Wafer Order Form. |

them. If you wish to have a sample of the new Wafers, we will send you some free. |
